What to Bring for your Dog Proof of Immunizations Certificates of vaccination must be brought with your pet, faxed or called in by your vet verifying their Immunization Status. Food Most families bring their dog’s own food from home but we will feed your dog our Acana Lamb and Apple for an extra fee if that is what you would prefer. All pets have continuous access to water. Fresh pails are put in their kennels every morning and are topped up as needed throughout the day. Special Dietary Requests If your pet has special dietary requests or needs, please leave written instructions with the staff. Bedtime Snack Dogs are let out between 8 and 10 pm and have their bed time snack before they are tucked in for the night. (Included in stay) Bedding Toys and Treats You may bring your own bedding toys and treats if you wish as long as you know we are not responsible for lost or chewed articles and that we have treats bedding and toys available at the kennel. That being said, we feel your pet would be more comfortable with something that smells like home. If your pet is crate trained you may wish to bring their crate to sleep in. We provide Kuranda beds for your dogs to sleep on if they don’t sleep in a crate. We do have in-floor heat so that the floor is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Leashes and Bowls can be left at home.

All pets have continuous access to water. Fresh bowls are put in their kennels every day and are topped up as needed throughout the day. Bedtime Snack Cats are returned to their condo between 8 and 10 pm and have their bed time snack before they are tucked in for the night. (Included in stay) Bedding Toys and Treats You may bring your own bedding, toys and treats if you wish as long as you know we are not responsible for lost articles and that we have treats bedding and toys available at the kennel. That being said, we feel your pet would be more comfortable with something that smells like home. We provide blankets and beds. We have in-floor heat so that the floor is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Bowls, litter and litter boxes are provided.
